I'm Diego Alcubierre, and I've been perfecting these training plans for over 10 years.
Why focus so much on training plans?
Because everyone needs one.
If daily easy runs or being consistent were enough, that guy who ran 8 miles a day for 40 years would be faster than Eliud Kipchoge.
And I believe every runner deserves a well-planned, personalized training program—without paying a fortune.
These plans are for runners who are tired of overpriced coaching or so-called “miracle plans” that never deliver real results.
My training plans are both evidence-based and tested through real experience.
